Overview
With a wonderful character and full of atmosphere, our Borrowdale apartment is set within the eaves of the house alongside the imposing chimneys creating an intriguing space that sleeps four in two comfortable bedrooms.
Both bedrooms benefit from traditional dormer windows that hold lovely views over the front lawn and up to the summit of Causey Pike in the distance. One bedroom has a king bed and the other twin beds. Perfect for couples with friends or families.
The large open plan lounge and dining area has wonderful views down to the gates of Borrowdale on one side and to the lake on the other. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair for relaxing, and the big circular dining table can seat the whole group for evenings in together. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is across the landing from Skiddaw making them a perfect pair for bigger groups.
Like all the properties on the estate you will benefit from access to the grounds and lake shore which is only a short stroll from the house.
